Replacements

All blinds 2go™ window blinds are rigorously quality checked before dispatch but in the unlikely event that you experience any problems or your blind is faulty please e-mail us at support@blinds-2go.co.uk.

We will promptly deal with your queries and if necessary arrange for a replacement to be sent without delay.


No Quibble Guarantee

We are so confident of the quality of our products that if any item does not meet your expectations you may return it within 7 days. This excludes any blinds that we trim for you. Because of this it is extremely important that you are sure about the product that you want and also the size you require. We strongly recommend that you double check any measurements and take advantage of our free sample service to ensure that you order both the correct size and correct design.

All we ask is that it any returns arrive in original condition, including the packaging & that you obtain proof of return from your carrier. The No Quibble Guarantee is in addition to the full one year manufacturers guarantee.

Please e-mail us at support@blinds-2go.co.uk before returning any item, alternatively call our customer service team on 0870 756 2915. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Unfortunately we cannot refund blinds without the original packaging or blinds that have been trimmed or adjusted in any way. Where the original order value was less than £75 we are unable to refund the delivery charge. For orders which are part returned and the refund takes the order value below £75, we will deduct the delivery charge from the refund due.
