We were the first UK company to sell blinds online way back in 2000, the very earliest days of the internet. We are proud to have been the first, but not too proud to realise we need to keep working hard every day to make our customers happy!



With a third of a million customers to date we invest in the latest systems and software to ensure that we can meet our customers’ expectations. We don't forget the most important thing either...people. Our friendly and experienced customer service team are just an email or phone call away.

Our design team works with our suppliers to ensure that not only are our blinds exceptional value but also superbly designed. Special attention has been made to the fittings of each blind making installation simple and quick. Value is nothing without quality and quality is nothing without good design.

Great systems and great people are what makes for a good customer experience. For example, every single order is reviewed by one of our staff, we call it the "common sense" check to make sure we pick up any potential problems. Our in-house programming team works hard to ensure we operate efficiently, keeping those overheads low.



With over 1/2 million blinds sold and over 300,000 customers served to date our experience counts. We aren't perfect, but when things go wrong with have the experience to make sure things get back on track ....quickly.
