With so much to do over the festive period, from shopping for presents to dressing your turkey, we want to give you one less thing to think about. That’s why we’ve set our elves a-working to try and make sure you get your blinds in time for Christmas day. But hard as they try, they need your help. Place your order as soon as you can and we’ll do our very best to deliver your blinds on time.
If you see Santa’s hat on any of our products we should be able to get it to you for the big day. The sooner you place your order the greater the chance of a pre-Christmas delivery and a lovely looking home come the 25th. Remember, though, that this is an extremely busy time of year and the weather could get worse so don’t delay, order your brand new Blinds 2go blinds today!
- Invalid if Santa or one of our couriers attempts delivery before Christmas but nobody is available to receive it.
- Applies to UK mainland deliveries only.
- Invalid if events beyond our control (and by that we mostly mean snowstorms and other freak weather) mean your blind is not delivered on time. As much as we’d like to be able to control the seasons, the weather could get worse so get your orders in early as delivery before Christmas is not guaranteed.

What are your delivery lead times?
The majority of our blinds are made to measure and delivered in 5-7 working days or less. More accurate delivery information is always shown on the individual product pages as shown on the right.
Yes, once your order is ready for dispatch we notify you via email with a planned delivery date and a tracking number.
No problem, we wouldn't want you to have to wait in if you need to go out. Our delivery company will leave a card telling you they have tried to deliver, you can simply contact them and arrange a free delivery at a more convenient time.
All our deliveries are fully insured against damage, if the packaging is damaged in anyway please write "damaged" on the delivery note. If once you have inspected the item and it is indeed damaged then please contact our customer service team and we will arrange a replacement.
The vast and huge majority of our parcels arrive undamaged! If you are in a rush and don't have time to inspect the products please write "unexamined" on the delivery note or tick the “unchecked” option.
We have two different types of Velux blind.
Our own brand Elements blinds for Velux windows take just 3-5 working days for delivery and will also qualify for free delivery over £149.
Yes we do. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands (including Skye), Isle of Man and Isle of Wight are charged a subsidised £9.95 in addition to any other delivery charges. We will contact you to confirm any additional delivery charges before we process your order so feel free to place your order online. Genuine Velux blinds are exempt from additional charges with just the standard delivery charge applied.
Yes we do. Delivery charges will depend on the weight of the items so please contact us for a delivery quotation. Of course all of our sales to the Channel Islands are VAT free.
