We have partnered with the UK's leading delivery companies to ensure your items arrive on time, we also provide online order progress and tracking so you can follow your parcels all the way to your door.

We are more than happy to deliver to an alternative address, in fact many of our orders are delivered direct to our customers at their work address.

The majority of our blinds and curtains are made to measure and delivered in 5-7 working days or less. More accurate delivery information is always shown on the individual product pages as shown on the right.

Do I get notified of dispatch?

Yes, once your order is ready for dispatch we notify you via email with a planned delivery date and a tracking number.

What happens if I am out?

No problem, we wouldn't want you to have to wait in if you need to go out. Our delivery company will leave a card telling you they have tried to deliver, you can simply contact them and arrange a free delivery at a more convenient time.

The parcel is damaged, what do I do?

All our deliveries are fully insured against damage, if the packaging is damaged in anyway please write "damaged" on the delivery note. If once you have inspected the item and it is indeed damaged then please contact our customer service team and we will arrange a replacement.

The parcel is undamaged, what do I do?

The vast and huge majority of our parcels arrive undamaged! If you are in a rush and don't have time to inspect the products please write "unexamined" on the delivery note or tick the “unchecked” option.

Velux blinds, please explain.

We have two different types of Velux blind.

Firstly any blind from our range of genuine Velux blinds is dispatched direct from the Velux factory in Denmark. Delivery takes 7-10 working days (almost always just 7) and there is a charge of £4.70 regardless of order value.

Our own brand range of blinds for Velux windows take just 2-3 working days on our popular Cordoba fabrics and 5-7 working days for delivery for all other fabrics (usually less) and will also qualify for free delivery over £149.

Do you deliver to non-mainland addresses?

Yes we do. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands (including Skye), Isle of Man and Isle of Wight are charged a subsidised £9.95 in addition to any other delivery charges. We will contact you to confirm any additional delivery charges before we process your order so feel free to place your order online. Genuine Velux blinds are exempt from additional charges with just the standard delivery charge applied.

Do you deliver to the Channel Islands?

Yes we do. Delivery charges will depend on the weight of the items so please contact us for a delivery quotation. Of course all of our sales to the Channel Islands are VAT free.
