This guarantee is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations liabilities or warranties. In no event shall Blinds 2go be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages of for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. This guarantee does not affect the consumer's statutory rights under applicable national laws in force. We hope you'll agree that our guarantee is plain and simple. SureSize Measuring Guarantee
Complimentary on ALL orders.
Everybody’s human and we know measuring can seem a little daunting at first, that’s why our SureSize Measuring Guarantee is complimentary on all orders. This handy guarantee is here to protect you from any measuring mishaps - if you measure wrong we’ll replace your window covering with a new one, at the right size.
Measuring is easy - so easy in fact, you can only get it right!
How to claim your replacement
All you have to do is drop us an email to let us know you need to make a claim. We'll just need your order number, the details of the blind or curtains you need to replace, and your new measurements. The team will then get in touch with you ASAP to finalise the replacement order. Easy.
The sensible small print
Here at Blinds 2go, we like to keep things simple, and we’ve stuck to that principle with the SureSize small print too. Here’s all you need to know:
- If you'd like to use your guarantee you just need to let us know within 14 days of receiving your window covering. You'll need to arrange for the order to be returned to us before we can process a replacement order, so please keep all the original packaging so you can safely wrap it back up for transit.
- Our guarantee is designed to cover mismeasurements only, so the replacement window covering needs to be exactly the same as the original. We've got a great free sample service so you can check you are happy with the style before you buy.
- If the replacement window covering is smaller than the original there will be no refund, but if the window covering is bigger you will just need to pay the difference. We won't charge you for delivery of the replacement.
- The guarantee covers up to four window coverings per household and we'll only replace each window covering once, so you'll just need to make sure your second measurements are correct. We've got lots of guides to help you out and a friendly customer service team with loads of expertise if you have any questions.
- SureSize is not offered on our Skylight Blinds or Outdoor Blinds as they are not made to measure. View our terms page for details on returns for these products.
- This guarantee is valid for UK households only.

Price Match Guarantee
We won't be beaten on price - we guarantee it.
Our Price Match Guarantee means that even if you find the same product elsewhere at a lower price, all you have to do is let us know and we'll refund the difference.
There are just a few simple T&Cs:
- An order must already have been placed with Blinds 2go before your request is submitted. We cannot price match in a quote or at the point of order.
- Your query must be submitted within 30 days of the date you placed your order.
- The competitor product must be made-to-measure and be the same type, colour, material, composition and size as the product you ordered from Blinds 2go. It must also be in stock and available online.
- The competitor product must be from a UK based retailer.
- We can only match the price of individual products, not delivery charges.
- We are happy to match prices that are included in sales and promotions, but only where those prices are available to everyone (promotional prices that are only available to a limited number of customers, such as newsletter signup incentives, member discounts or unique voucher codes, will not be matched).
- If the price match is verified, we will refund the difference in price. You will be notified by email within 3 to 5 working days of the outcome of your request.
